To My Mother of Mine

What many of us take for granted are the ones who don’t ask anything of us. Those that simply love, listen, and are there just because they want to be. The ones that give more then they ever get, the ones that nurture and support out of habit and simply disregard anything else but compassion and comfort. These types of beings are rare, irreplaceable and unique in every way possible. These rare beings have been defined and called many names, but most commonly are known as our mothers. I think one goes through phases and waves when it comes to understanding and figuring out their relationship with their mother, and I find it even more confusing when you’re a daughter. Going from wanting to be constantly by her side & idolizing everything she does, to rolling your eyes, locking the door, not listening to a word, to running back and wishing you were back by her side, listened to every word she said, and not taking any chance you get to be with her for granted. Love You To Here, There And Everywhere

I think the main reason I continue to compile and post these grammatically error-ed(aware its not a word, Andrew) run-on, sarcasticish, opinionated, pre/post tool bag, f-up & highest moments posts are honestly because it’s a clean cut and selfish way to vent and document the chaos.  It’s also because I’ve come to realize that I am probably the worst when it comes to saying exactly what I mean or want to mean, which then leads to me doing and saying the complete opposite or what was supposed to be said or reacting as awkwardly as a human can possibly react.  So like giving a high five after a first kiss or say becoming a defensive B and spitting fire with your sailor mouth or giving a thumbs up to a compliment, these are all items I suggest straying away from—based on true life events.  So I Truly have tried to wrap my head around what little piece of flesh or connector I am missing in that brain of mine that disables this, it would be easy to dedicate it ...
